Enamore 2008






Plenty of red spices, black fruit, dark chocolate, and raisins.  Chewy tannin.  Juicy!


Very interesting and complex!


Food pairing: Argetinean skirt steak w/ chimichuri sauce, Osso Bucco.


Noteworthy:   
1. 60% Malbec and 40% Bonarda
2. 8g residual sugar
